Burnout
As harvest begins, the pressure of completing our work creates a perfect mix for burnout. Shorter deadlines can lead to a large amount of stress. With this in mind we should be aware of the causes of burnout. The biggest factor that causes burnout is our work/life balance. Which entails overworking to the point of complete exhaustion or thinking of work constantly outside of the job.
We need to ensure that we take care of our mental health during this time. As this will allow us to perform at our best.
