PROGRAM QUALIFIERS:

  • Unit must be USED John Deere; Combines (not including attachments - i.e., Headers), Tractors (4WD & 5000 Series and up: not including attachments - i.e. Loaders), Sprayers

  • Unit must be Value-Max-Certified (VMC) OR guaranteed that it will be Value-Max-Certified before delivery

  • Unit must be sold in Pattison Ag's serviceable area of responsibility (AOR)

  • For any units that do not meet all the above requirements, the unit will be sold 'As Is, Where Is.'

This warranty covers only defective material and workmanship. It does not cover equipment modifications or alterations, depreciation, damage caused by normal wear, accidents, improper maintenance and storage, rodent damage, improper use or failures as a result of modification or alteration from factory specifications.
