Customer Service ADVISOR™ is a diagnostic and informational tool that customers can purchase to view schematics, diagnostic code definitions and other information to guide them in making their own repairs.
Pattison Agriculture and John Deere do not support the right to modify embedded software due to risks associated with the safe operation of equipment, emissions compliance, and engine performance.
John Deere Customer Service Advisor is a digital database of operator and technical manuals! With the Customer Service Advisor license, users can access information online or leverage a downloaded application to connect directly to equipment for diagnostics. With the subscription, you can gain access to:

- Electronic format making navigation and searching manuals quick and efficient
- Electronic Data Link (EDL) allowing connectivity with machines
- Training and support from Pattison Ag
