Calendar Contest

Want to be featured in the 2024 Pattison Agriculture calendar? Read the rules and criteria below for details on how to submit your photo for a chance to win.

Eligibility

This contest is open to anyone.

Entry Period

The contest begins March 1st, 2023 and ends October 1st, 2023. All photos must be submitted during this period. Pattison Agriculture has the right to change the entry period at their own discretion with no notice.

Contest Instructions

To enter the contest, please submit your photo using the form below. The following information will be asked in the form: name of person who took photo, name of person submitting the photo, farm name, location, phone number, email address, and any comments to explain the photo. No other method of entry will be accepted. We will not accept photographs submitted through the mail, social media or through employees. Mutiple photos may be submitted; however, they must all be sent individually in a separate submission (with the above information). By entering the photo contest, you give Pattison Agriculture the right to publish, use, distribute, reproduce and publicly display your photograph, and to create derivative works from your photograph in all creative channels for the purposes of promoting Pattison Agriculture. You also understand by submitting your photo you will not recieve payment in return. You grant Pattison Agriculture permission to provide your name, city, province, and farm name when publishing, reproducing or otherwise using your photo. Pattison Agriculture will make every effort to credit photographers when using photos, there may be circumstances where it is not possible to do so. Subject to the rights granted to Pattison Agriculture, you retain all other copyrights and rights to future use of the photographs you enter into the contest.

Photo Criteria

Photos must be sent with the following criteria:

• Feature John Deere equipment
• Taken in the highest resolution file
• Taken horizontally
• JPEG format

All eligible photographs will be reviewed, with the top photos earning a spot in the 2024 Pattison Agriculture Company Calendar. Photos that do not meet the above criteria will be automatically disqualified. Pattison Agriculture has the right to the photo once submitted even in the event the photo is disqualified or not chosen as winner.

Winner Selection

Winners will be selected in early October 2023 by Pattison Agriculture. Winners will be notified by email or phone. Additional information may be required at the time.

This photo contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and local laws and regulations.

As an entrant in this photo contest, it is your responsibility to determine that you are eligible to enter and to comply with the entry instructions and other photo contest rules set forth herein. Any violation of the contest rules may result in your disqualification. By submitting your photo you warrant that the photo is an original and your own, or have permission from the photo taker to submit it on their behalf.
